4. Fees, Invoicing & Payment

Fees may be fixed, hourly, project‑based, or retainer‑based. Invoices are payable within 5 days. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours' notice.

6. Refunds & Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Refunds are provided where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of all methodologies, templates, frameworks, and materials we create. You receive a licence for internal business use only.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the engagement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on our advice. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services in the 3 months prior to the claim.

10. Third‑Party Services

We may recommend or use third‑party tools or providers. We are not responsible for their performance or outcomes.

11. Website Use

You must not misuse our website or attempt to interfere with its functionality. All website content is protected by intellectual property laws.
